Your house will be listed as whatever level of materials you used to renovate/stage it. So, if you renovate/stage a "HIGH INCOME" house using "MEDIUM INCOME" materials, your house will be listed as "MEDIUM INCOME".

Lowest income materials are located at the very top of the list and highest income materials are located at the very bottom. This list also includes all the locked items too!
