You can simultaneously flip multiple houses, but they have to be in different cities. If you'd like to renovate more than one house at a time, please check out OPEN HOUSES in another city!

For example, if the latest city you've unlocked is Phoenix, you're able to renovate one house there, one in Kansas City, and one in Waco (all at the same time!).
