If you tap the Renovation Station after collecting ELBOW GREASE, you'll find some stats on your player progression. One of the buttons you can click is the SKILL TREE button where you can see your progression on renovation and staging abilities. This tree is made up of branches where you start with simpler SKILLS, and then progress to unlock higher level abilities in that SKILL and eventually brand new SKILLS.
Following the base of a branch like PLUMBING, you'll see that you can unlock LANDSCAPING. And once you bring LANDSCAPING to a high enough level, you then unlock WALL DEMO! Please note: we're still working on some of those high SKILLS, and we'll deliver them in future updates!
