Currently you can not end the relationship with your Partner. However, you should contact them via Squad chat to remind them to contribute towards your Squad Event house. If they do not respond, it's a frank reminder to be wary of partnering up with this player in the future. Just like in real life partnerships, try to make sure you work with a teammate who collaborates well and contributes their part in the relationship.
