Coastal and Industrial interior designs are Tier 3 staging styles that are found in the market. When each appears, you will be able to exchange Hearts to unlock the skill! Currently, this is the only way to unlock Coastal and Industrial. As a reminder, you must reach level 4 or above in Tier 2 styles (such as Mid-Century Modern and French Inspired) in order to unlock a Tier 3 style!
